The proposed development comprises a two storey retail development including two levels of basement car parking. The 30,000 sq.m development is located on a 3.0 hectare site in the centre of the town and will provide 3 no anchor stores, 37 no individual retail units, internal shopping mall and an underground service yard.
The development of this strategic and prime town centre site, which will be fully integrated with the existing street network, will do much to regenerate and bring new vitality and vibrancy to the existing town centre.
The development will also include the provision of a new town park which will extend the existing town centre to the west.
