ODYSSEY TRUST MASTERPLAN

This mixed-use master plan proposal is located on a 6-hectare landmark site adjacent to the Odyssey Arena, River Lagan and historic Titanic Quarter in the heart of Belfast. The proposal responds to the latent constraints and opportunities bounding the site and optimises the site development potential by incorporating mixed-use development phases.
The scheme forms a gateway from the city centre into the Titanic Quarter and by doing so harnesses the latent potential of the Odyssey Arena and the future proposed mix of residential, office, retail, parking and hotel accommodation.
